Install LulaProof in Excel.

The LulaProof add-in runs inside your actual Excel workbook, with supporting documents and evidence review beside your cells.

Start with Excel in your browser and a Microsoft 365 account. Keep this guide open while you install.

Download the manifest.
Save LulaProof-Excel-Manifest.xml to your Downloads folder. This configuration file tells Excel where to open LulaProof; you do not need to open or edit it.

Upload the file in Excel for the web.
Open a workbook in Excel for the web. Choose Home → Add-ins → More Settings → Upload My Add-in, browse to the downloaded XML file and select Upload. Some versions show Manage My Add-ins instead of More Settings.

Open LulaProof and sign in.
Choose Open LulaProof from the Home ribbon. In the panel that opens, select Sign in beside the logo and use your LulaProof account.

Link your first source.
In Workspace, choose a fictional source document. Select the matching cell in Excel, then select the supporting value in the document and choose Link to selected Excel cell. Re-select the cell to check that its evidence opens.
